Happy Wednesday, welcome to this new interview, today we are with Estela Rotmistrovsky!
Welcome Estela! Let’s start with your presentation and if you like, tell us how did you get here?
I was born in Paraguay, I became a citizen of Argentina, I currently spend my time between Argentina and Miami. I am an entrepreneur and CEO of Manah, a Public Relations and Communications company based in Argentina, with reach in Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market.
I founded Manah in 2019, when I made the decision to leave my position at INFOBAE. At the beginning I worked with Argentine media, later I expanded to Paraguay, Mexico, Israel, and then to the U.S. Hispanic market.
At Manah we specialize in the development of Communication Strategies focused on Business Development, International Press, and Development of customized Marketing Plans.
What tools/skills helped you throughout the founding and development of Manah?
It helped me to consider that every challenge is an opportunity to learn, and I am passionate about having a positive impact on people’s lives, both personally and professionally.
As a skill, I can highlight the facility I have to generate real and lasting bonds, which, for the purposes of my work, is also a fundamental and differential tool.
What challenges did you have to overcome to achieve this? What strategies helped you to have a simpler path?
I have had to adapt to different cultures and needs of brands and clients, and work from Argentina providing services to the whole region.
It was very useful to exercise my perseverance, especially to penetrate the Hispanic market in the United States, I remember knocking on many doors and finding them closed. I had a lot of work, but it was worth it, there was always a better opportunity than the one that did not prosper, and that always served me as motivation to continue.
What would you like to share with our readers about your current projects?
Being a specialist in the development of Communication Strategies I consider it fundamental that as a society we are aware of the role of the media.
The media has played a key role in the development of human beings and societies. Its main objective has been to offer itself as a channel through which people communicate and obtain information.
Nowadays, immediacy has been established as the main virtue of the media. This allows consumers to know immediately the news and relevant events in the rest of the world.
This is why it is essential for companies and individuals to consider including a media plan in their communications, always counting on a personalized marketing strategy and consultancy.
At this moment I am achieving a broad positioning in the main digital media in the United States, mainly capitalizing on our differentiator which is the understanding both at a cultural level and of the needs that the individual on the other side has, starting with the client and how to transmit the message that represents them, generating a positive impact on the target audience and society.
What advice or message would you like to give to our readers?
Media relations are of vital importance because they represent one of the best options for people and companies to have presence, impact and growth in the market. That is why it is key to consider both personally and professionally the messages we convey as leaders in the advertising market and make sure they are aligned with our values and beliefs. Finally, I believe that as entrepreneurs we must be willing to go the extra mile. I believe in consistency, discipline and going the extra mile. For every closed door, there is another opportunity waiting for you that is always so much better.
